Get the results that
you’ve always wanted and the biggest bang for your buck! You
will accomplish a variety of exercises in one hour than most people
do in 3 hours! Each class works EVERY part of your body –
creating the overall fitness everyone desires.
Boot camps include interval training – a combination of high intensity
cardiovascular workouts mixed with resistance and flexibility
training. Interval training has been described by many fitness
organizations as the BEST way to train. |

We begin and end each session
with a fitness assessment that measures your overall fitness.
Measurements, body fat analysis, cardiovascular endurance, strength,
balance and flexibility testing gives you an idea of where you are –
and where you improve.
Every participant of boot camp enjoys improvement in the Fitness
Assessment scores in their first 5 week program. Decrease
in body fat and inches, increase in stamina, strength, balance and
flexibility are common. “It’s about fitness, not thinness.”
As your body becomes more fit, any excess body weight will come off.
All you bring is a mat or towel to lay on, water and a
set of dumbbells. We provide the rest! Our positive encouragement gets you doing things you never thought you
could do!
This is for EVERYONE – beginners to advanced athletes can be
trained at the same time – we use timed sets, not number of
repetitions, allowing everyone to do their individual best.
Positive reinforcement – never negativity – is the motivating factor
in camp. Each participant will cheer on other participants – all
providing a great environment.
Food diaries are kept during the 5 week program, with nutritional advice
given to achieve the best results possible. (Of course, results may
vary.) Some results from past participants:
“Lee” lost 5% of body
fat and 15 inches in 6 weeks.
“Tammi” lost 3 inches off hips and 2 inches
of each thigh.
“Mary” lost 4 inches off waist and 2 inches off thighs.
“Lisa” increased her speed by decreasing her 1 mile speed by 2 full
minutes!
“Sue” improved her push up strength by 50%!
