Personal Training is about analyzing your body, it’s movement, strengths, weaknesses, balances and imbalances.
 
Trainers know which exercises will work for your body, how to perform them properly, and in which sequence that will benefit you the most.  In any muscle group, one muscle can become so much stronger than the opposing muscle that imbalances occur – if you slouch due to desk work, chances are that your chest muscles are very strong and tight, while your back muscles have become weak. In order to keep your shoulders where they belong, we work on balancing this out.
 
Motivation, positive reinforcement, safety, anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition are all part of the package. You will learn the biomechanics of exercise, and how your body responds.  You will learn proper nutrition that is right for you.  You will learn proper techniques, sequencing, tempo and training cycles.
 
When you become more fit, you become so much more confident in every aspect of your life.  When you feel good, you look good.  Achieve the goals you have always wanted – with the correct training, you will achieve!
 
Individual Personal Training
One-on-one training is designed to meet your specific needs. Feel like you have been getting nowhere or want to take it to the next level? THERE IS A SCIENCE to proper fitness techniques.
 
Buddy Personal Training
Work out with a friend, have fun, and lower your costs! Studies show that working out with a partner increases your intensity, frequency and commitment to exercise.
 
Small Group Personal Training
Work out with a group of friends!  (All participants must utilize the training at the same time.) Calisthenics, weight training, resistance with tubes, Pilates, yoga - all under heavy supervision!
